In this topic, I bring pedagogy to life using real examples from real students.

I’ll deep dive into all three areas of writing for the 11+ exams including story writing, descriptive writing and persuasive writing.

Using real student examples, and no waffle- guaranteed, I will give you a clear vision of where you need to take your students in their writing and how to get there.

I’ll be taking you through my flowchart of how to gauge current skills, developing them using a range of teaching techniques and staying focused on the checklist of assessment areas for the exams.

There are 5 videos for you to watch in this series. You will find them in the lesson pages. You can come back to them and rewatch at any point and as many times as you like.

Below are previous Masterclasses that tie-in to this module. If you are a member of The Hub, you can watch these alongside the lessons to deep dive even further. (and don’t worry if you are not a member as you can join anytime!)
